- Conducting periodic audit of the IT assets.
- Establish effective levels of communication with the user community including; problem resolution, system errors, and scheduling.
- To enhance the network availability and performance through monitoring, fixing network problems, outages and schedule the routine upgrades for a business.
- Maintains logs and resolves client requests.
- Suggest modifications to telephony system; analyzes operating problems to diagnose and correct problem areas.
- Set up a secure network of voice system by launching and enforcing global access control policies.
- Work closely with the project management team and be a technical lead on voice network projects.
