· To coordinate for and prepare letters regarding all types of disciplinary actions.
· To coordinate for and prepare letters regarding job confirmations and resignations/terminations.
· To conduct post orientation assessment of HR orientation for new employees.
· To distribute Job Descriptions among the new joiners.
· To coordinate for and process employee grievance cases and arrange grievance, theft and other required committee meetings for addressing employee issues.
· To issue experience letters and other employment certificates.
· To ensure that all the required tasks are completed according to SOPs.
· To facilitate and coordinate the sub sections of HR
· Supervises leave and attendance roaster.
To perform any other tasks assigned by HOD.
