We are looking for a dynamic Software Solution Architect / Development Manager with a deep understanding of latest and emerging technologies, backend and frontend, web and mobile technologies who is proficient in coding for enterprise solutions with skills in the following areas
Job Description and Skills Required
• Software Development, Managing Technical Team (Development, Operations, Planning) and Solutions Design
• Engagement in Project reviews and Technical architectural decisions
• Ability to manage on-site and remote team members
• Must have skills for requirements assessment and analysis
• Willing to explore new Technologies and perform POCs
• Ensure systems meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Thorough technical knowledge of Agile Methodology
• Lead and participate in the day-to-day operations of a team of software developers
• Responsible for assisting in the establishment of Software Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
• Ability to handle Pre-Sales activities: Develop proposals and pricing models for solutions, develop overall solutions design including high-level design, statements of work, service design and bills of materials.
• Lead and facilitate cross functional solution design discussions with Business Process Owners, solution architect, business analysts and developers
• Lead initiatives with continuous integration and delivery processes for improvement
• Provide documentation for developed code and applications
• Soft skills (communication, ability to work in team, focus on Customer Service and delivery, take ownership, problem-solving, time management, multitasking)
• Extremely high skilled to code hands-on in most of these technologies – .NET, Asp.Net, Node JS, Python, PHP, Angular, React Native, MVC, SQL, and Mongo DB
• Building open and closed architecture solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in the areas of Azure, AWS, GCP and other Microsoft solutions
• Hands-on skills in new emerging tech such as – RPA, ML, and AI.
• Work on backend architecture. Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and consistent coding practices.
• Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Employee should expect to work on weekends and after office hour due to operational requirements
