Responsible for development of HR Strategy and ensure its implementation by evolving focused policies and
Direct, organize, control and evaluate the operations/services of Human Resources Department.
Provide ‘organization effectiveness’ to ensure that organization solutions are aligned with the business strategy.
Develop, implement and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with HR policy.
Control & reduce employee turnover
Conduct periodic job evaluation exercises to ensure all jobs are in line with the market benchmark.
Direct and ensure filling of all vacancies within stipulated timelines agreed with the business. Direct the sourcing strategy and programs in order to attract the best caliber candidates. Organizational Design
Increase the Employee satisfaction level through enhancing and developing the overall HR Services functionally.
Monitor and review the accuracy of Payroll, HR Payments and Leave Management
Develop Business Development Plan for HR Attendance System (software) and execute it.
