REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 Year Minimum Experience
  • BS degree in computer science, engineering or a related subject
  • Understanding of software development life cycles
  • Understanding and experience of testing life cycle
  • Strong methodical, logical and analytical skills
  • Some experience in Desktop Applications testing
  • Some experience with testing automation using SikuliX is a plus
  • Some experience of using macOS is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
  • Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan
  • Design and create test conditions, use cases and test cases to address business and technical use cases
  • Execute and evaluate manual test cases and report test results
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
  • Identify bugs, log defects and any nonconformity found during testing phase; work with development team to resolve and verify fixes when implemented
  • Perform other duties related to the overall effectiveness including adherence to software development & engineering life cycle methodology, tools and internal tracking systems
