Qualifications:
• Hold a BS/MS Computer Science degree from a reputable institution.
• 5+ years of work experience in reputable software companies including hands on coding and software development.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) communication, leadership and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, risk, deliverables, and resources.
• Build close relationship & liaison with US based Clients, and Technical Managers and Architects to develop and drive team deliverables following best practices.
• Use SCRUM or Kanban software development processes. Must be able to switch between these methodologies and should have ability to tailor them according to the project needs.
• Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project.
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
• Develop detailed project plans and provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about deliverables, adjustments, and progress.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum theory and frameworks like Kanban, etc.
• Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, CICD, etc.
