Major Responsibilities of Required Employees ;
- Coordination with carrier, customers, and international staff for all Ocean Exports Operations, Documentation and Customers Services to meet regulations and internal procedures
- Manage all functions related to Ocean Exports.
- Expedites the daily activities of all operational functions ensuring client satisfaction is successfully achieved and company policies adhered to
- Ensures team meets customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements
- Monitors quality and adherence to standards and is responsible for constant improvement and optimization
- Ensures compliances with carrier, customs , transporter is maintained for smooth operations and to achieve company goals.
- Develops a high performance service culture
- Manages interface with Customer Service and other functions
- Demonstrated experience in an expedited freight forwarding capacity
- Knowledgeable on international freight and shipping specially ocean export requirements
- Thorough background working with shipping, sub agents, customers, int'l agents
- Full understanding of International consolidation, MB/L, HB/L, Consolidation, Manifest, Shipping Rules & Regulations, AMS, ENS Filing etc
- Proven track record in people management role (leadership, motivation and people skills)
- Process driven & oriented toward achieving positive/successful outcomes
- Easily capable of making well informed decisions
- High degree of commitment to excellence
Required experience:
- Freight Forwarding and Shipping Documentations and Ops: 3 years
- FAMILIER WITH MB/L, HB/L, CONSOLIDATION, CARRIER'S WEB PORTAL, INTTRA USAGE , AMS, ENS Filing, INVOICING, CRO,LOADING PROGRAMME REQUEST AND ISSUANCE PROCEDURE etc: 1 year
- Customer Service: 1 year
