We are looking for an energetic and talented Assistant Manager Outreach Operations to undertake the challenge of managing and overseeing the staff, inventory, facilities, and all other operations of around 40 collection points and franchises in the North Punjab region. The ideal candidate must be;
- Well-presented and convincing.
- Able to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Capable of prioritizing tasks so that most important matters are handled on priority.
- Innovative and possesses working experience in managing teams and operations remotely.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Collection Points Routine Operations Including:
- Timely opening and closing
- Staffing and staff requirements including duty Rosters preparation in coordination with cluster coordinators.
- Approval /Sanctioning staff leaves. Verification and justification of staff overtime and allowances.
- Ensure Ambiance and up keeping of the facilities as per Excel Labs Established Standards.
- Routine Administration and Maintenance of facilities, fixtures and equipment at points.
- Management of Inventory and approvals of demands for points based on the actual consumption.
- Sample collection and transportation.
- Availability of promotional Materials including, Flyers, Signage, Streamers, and Billboards, etc.
- Daily Cash Collection, reporting reconciliation/deposits summary and excess/short cash.
- Following through patient complaints generated at collection points in collaboration with CS Department.
- Monitor and sanction the discount/dues requests by patients at collection points as per Excel Labs policies.
- Identification of training needs of points Team organizational structure to ensure better team integration and supervision.
- Oversee the overall facilities management in the region and deal with the legal and compliance matters.
- Any other tasks/duties/assignments assigned by the Management.
