Excel Labs is seeking an energetic and talented candidate for the position of Assistant Manager Patient Experience .

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day reception services and ensure smooth functioning of the Patient Care Department
- Ensure well-functioning of Patient Services systems and make suggestions for improvement
- Oversee staffing and upkeep of the Patient Services area.
- Directly coordinate with Patients and their Attendants to facilitate them up to their satisfaction.
- Develop, implement and monitor complaint handling system.
- Monitoring of daily cash received at the points.
- Perform any other job-related tasks assigned by the Manager.
