- Market Excel Lab services to health care entities in assigned area.
- Visit assigned area centers on bi-monthly (local) and monthly (out-Stations) for marketing/audits.
- Maintain a close liaison with area physicians and customer.
- Achieve revenue/volume budgets for assigned area through regular marketing activities.
- Organize CMEs in assigned area in consultation with manager.
- Sales/volumes data compilation and report to manager for review.
- Discuss staff issues with concerned operational head related to cover, leaves etc
- Prepare Monthly & Weekly duty Rosters and duty adjustments and make sure operational time compliance.
- Make sure compliance of all relevant policies by staff and at centers.
- Conduct regular cash, inventory and facility audits in assigned area and submit reports.
- Follow up with other sections on delay reports and STAT samples.
- Ability to draft formal emails and letters
- Conversant in written and spoken English.
- Ability to negotiate with corporate sector officials.
- Ability to connect with the new clients and initiate business process.
- Strong feedback an liaison skills to get the business deals matured.
- Ability to handle onsite projects smoothly.
- Willing to travel regularly.
- Data compilation/presentation skills.
- Any other task assigned by the Management
