Responsibilities
In charge of the building and financial management, planning, organizing and directing of all hotel services Meeting and greeting customers. Addressing problems and troubleshooting. Ensuring compliance with all licensing laws, health & safety & other statutory regulations. Supervising, training & developing junior staff. Punctual with excellent time keeping. Immaculately dressed & professional at all times. Carrying out floor manager duties. Doing everything with the hotel customers in mind.
Set project plan to execute each function
Coach , support and manage team members of waiters/cooks and lower staff in a good way
Record keeping of in/out cash with original receipts and Update owner on weekly basis
with tasks you assign them
& delivering the highest standards of service consistently. Also responsible for being a point of contact for guests should they have any queries.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
· Hotel management or evet management experience of minimum 5 years
· Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Skills Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
