Rizq Financial is looking for a "Performance Marketing Manager" who will manage

Paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keywords.
Ensure successful campaign management to be able to meet the predefined KPIs. Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
To identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset.
To test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product to each target group.
Plan digital media strategy by translating company business and marketing goals to the digital media space to maximize lead generation.
In partnership with Analytics, utilize analysis of digital media data to maximize results, all in accordance with the AOP, KPIs, and other key metrics.

Managing/regularly updating company digital assets (Website, artwork, social media platforms, blogs) in order to deliver effective, cohesive, and engaging brand message.
Measuring, reporting and recommending on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
To create visibility for management

Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's in marketing or relevant degree.

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the same capacity.
