Job Description

  • Reporting to CEO
  • Managing CEO Dept
  • Guest Management of CEO’s guests and clients
  • Travel Arrangements (local and international) for CEO
  • Preparations for Audit Committee & Board Meetings which include ordering of refreshments, for the meetings
  • Ensure timely payment of all CEO’s Bills, Credit Card and Personal Expenses and dues on time
  • Maintaining and updating records of CEO’s personal File
  • Co-coordination of for company board and other meetings
  • Assisting the CEO in tracking the key business parameters of the business
  • Preparation of presentations & reports for the CEO for his presentations
  • Developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates) in developing the firm’s strategy by performing analysis to deliver relevant and insightful management information, together with assisting in business planning and development
