Job Title: Delivery Co-Ordinator
Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing organization which offers an online food delivery service to customers.
You will play a key role within a team of delivery coordinators who are the main point of contacts for our customers, drivers and store owners. Your role will be responsible for ensuring that our internal procedures are carried out for the successful end to end service enabling us to satisfy our customer’s needs.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· Overseeing the delivery service ensuring KPI’s are achieved for all deliveries being fulfilled by Zoom delivery drivers.
· Be the main point of contact for customers, drivers and store owners using our service across all our territories.
· Support stores with receiving and accepting orders
· Support the collection process,
· Support drivers with finding the customers address
· Support store owners to follow the delivery process.
Personal Attributes and skills
· Excellent communication skills including a first-class telephone manner
· Self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.
· IT Literate (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new systems
· Ability to problem solve and soothe unhappy customers
· Administration skills and high attention to detail to ensure all information recorded is accurate
· Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to change
· Confident, and able to communicate at all levels
· Ability to absorb information quickly and adapt to the business needs
