We are looking for an experienced Channel Operations & Automation professional to join our team in Lahore on a six-month contract. This role is centered on optimizing and managing operational processes within distribution or digital financial services channels. The successful candidate will focus on streamlining activities such as agent onboarding, transaction management, issue resolution, and performance monitoring by utilizing automation tools and data analytics. The objective is to improve operational efficiency, minimize manual interventions, and enhance accuracy and speed across business processes, while ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration among field teams, technical units, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with banking partners to manage agent and merchant operations, resolve issues, and align processes for seamless workflows.
- Provide timely support to agents, merchants, and operational teams to address challenges effectively.
- Maintain and monitor agent and merchant accounts, including managing status updates, reporting, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Work closely with Jazz GSM to promptly resolve operational and network-related issues.
- Oversee B2B operations, ensuring smooth processing and resolution of partner-related activities.
- Manage the whitelisting process for Agent Applications, ensuring compliance with internal security and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with technical and field support teams to resolve Biometric Verification System (BVS) issues.
- Handle disputes raised by agents and merchants, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on agent and merchant operations to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure timely escalation and persistent follow-up of issues until full resolution is achieved.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Three to four years of relevant experience in data analytics, operations, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Practical experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
