We are looking for an experienced Channel Operations & Automation specialist to join our team on a six-month contract in Lahore. This role is essential for optimizing and managing operational processes across distribution and digital financial service channels. The focus is on improving efficiency by implementing standardized procedures and automation, ensuring smooth onboarding of agents, managing transactions, resolving issues, and monitoring performance. Utilizing automation tools and data analytics, the position supports operational excellence, compliance, and effective collaboration between field teams, technical units, and partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with banking partners to manage agent and merchant operations, resolve issues, and align processes for seamless workflows.
- Provide timely support to agents, merchants, and operational teams to address challenges effectively.
- Maintain and monitor agent and merchant accounts, ensuring accurate status updates, reporting, and record keeping.
- Collaborate with Jazz GSM to resolve operational and network-related issues affecting service delivery.
- Manage B2B operations by ensuring efficient processing and resolution of partner-related activities.
- Oversee the whitelisting process for Agent Applications, ensuring compliance with internal security and operational standards.
- Work closely with technical and field support teams to troubleshoot and resolve Biometric Verification System (BVS) issues.
- Handle disputes raised by agents and merchants, ensuring fair and prompt resolutions in line with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports on agent and merchant operations to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure timely escalation and diligent follow-up of operational issues until they are fully resolved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, operations, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Ability to manage large datasets with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
