We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Islamabad team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing multi-channel paid media campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they align with both business goals and creative strategies. The ideal candidate will analyze key performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, manage budgets to maximize ROI, and use data-driven insights to recommend improvements. Working within a team of 8 to 10 members, this position requires presenting growth strategies to senior leadership and staying current with industry trends to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative content and messaging align with overall business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes. Implement A/B testing strategies focused on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding methods to enhance effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation. Ensure accurate tracking and measurement using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, and other analytics platforms. Develop dashboards and reports in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams to maintain transparency on campaign performance. Keep abreast of industry developments, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose innovative marketing strategies. Present regular updates on performance, strategic plans, and growth opportunities to senior leadership, offering data-driven recommendations to guide future investments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in marketing principles and business strategy. Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are essential, along with proficiency in GA4 and a strong understanding of attribution models. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience managing paid campaigns, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
