Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative content, messaging, and overall business goals are fully aligned. Monitor key performance indicators such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign outcomes. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies focusing on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding methods to enhance campaign effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation. Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, and other analytics platforms. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to build dashboards and reports that offer clear visibility into campaign performance. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to propose innovative strategies. Present strategic updates, performance results, and growth plans to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to guide future investments.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential to provide foundational knowledge in marketing and business strategy. Candidates must hold certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads, demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and have a solid understanding of attribution models. A minimum of three to five years of experience managing paid campaigns with a proven track record of delivering measurable results is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
