Join a dynamic team in Islamabad as an Expert Performance Marketing professional, where you will take charge of the full lifecycle of multi-channel paid media campaigns. Your primary focus will be to align marketing efforts with business goals and creative strategies to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will continuously monitor key performance indicators, conduct A/B testing, manage budgets to optimize return on investment, and use analytics and market insights to drive campaign improvements. Working closely with a team of 8 to 10 members, you will present data-driven growth strategies to senior leadership, ensuring ongoing enhancement of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to boost acquisition and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets and messaging align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement A/B testing strategies focused on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding methods to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Ensure accurate campaign tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, and other analytics platforms.
- Work alongside Business Intelligence teams to develop dashboards and reports that offer clear visibility into campaign performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing strategies.
- Present strategic updates, performance results, and growth plans to senior leadership, delivering data-driven recommendations to guide future investments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles and business strategy.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a solid understanding of attribution models.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
