Join a dynamic team in Islamabad as an Expert Performance Marketing professional, where you will take charge of the full lifecycle of multi-channel paid media campaigns. Your primary focus will be to align these campaigns with business objectives and creative strategies while continuously monitoring key performance indicators to maximize return on investment. Collaborating with a team of 8 to 10 members, you will utilize analytics, reporting, and market insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and deliver data-driven growth recommendations to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative assets and messaging align with overall business goals. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies targeting creatives, audience segments, and bidding methods to boost performance. Manage advertising budgets effectively, overseeing pacing and forecasting to ensure optimal resource allocation. Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, and other analytics platforms. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to create dashboards and reports that offer clear visibility into campaign results. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to propose innovative marketing strategies. Present strategic updates, performance reports, and growth plans to senior leadership, offering data-driven insights to guide future investments.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles and business strategy. Candidates must hold certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads, demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and possess a solid understanding of attribution models. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns is required, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools is highly advantageous. Familiarity with telecommunications or subscription-based business models will be considered a plus.
