Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets and messaging align with overall business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for ongoing campaign refinement. Design and implement A/B testing strategies focused on creatives, audience segmentation, and bidding techniques to improve campaign effectiveness. Manage advertising budgets, pacing, and forecasting to maximize resource efficiency. Ensure accurate campaign tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM), Firebase, and other analytics platforms. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop performance dashboards and reports that maintain transparency and support decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies. Present strategic updates, campaign results, and growth plans to senior leadership, facilitating data-driven decisions and future investments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles and business strategy. Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads are essential, along with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a solid understanding of attribution models. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with proven success in delivering measurable results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
