Based in Islamabad, the Expert Prepaid Segment role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead the management of the prepaid subscriber base by developing and executing strategies that drive subscriber lifecycle growth and revenue enhancement. The position focuses on sustaining the voice business while expanding data and Multiplay segments. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and experience in customer lifecycle management to create personalized portfolios and implement contextual marketing strategies. This role is part of the Jazz Consumer Growth Division and operates within a five-member sub-team, reporting directly to the Head of Prepaid Segment and Micro Lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Prepaid Segment to design and implement value-driven growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Increase product and campaign engagement to improve Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), boost subscriber activity, reduce churn, and enhance revenue streams.
- Monitor critical performance indicators such as subscriber counts, traffic, and revenue to identify gaps and recommend new initiatives.
- Evaluate the impact of product changes on engagement efforts and suggest optimal strategies for future campaigns.
- Act as a key liaison between the Prepaid segment team and the Customer Value Management (CVM) team to ensure effective execution of base management strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including CVM, Pricing, Finance, Product Development, Regional, and Customer Care to guarantee seamless strategy implementation and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- A business degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Customer Management Systems (CMS), Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and foundational data science skills.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to identify problems, resolve issues, and extract actionable consumer insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and motivation across diverse, cross-functional teams.
