The Expert Reporting & Analytics – Channel & Enterprise role is a critical position within the Channel & Enterprise team based in Islamabad. The primary focus of this role is to prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and conduct ad-hoc analyses that support channel operations across the country. The successful candidate will work closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery of reports, and provide actionable insights related to agents, merchants, activations, enterprise business, and field performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced data tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards for the channel.
- Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources, including BI tools, SQL databases, and Excel files.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting support to Channel & Enterprise leadership as needed.
- Identify trends, gaps, and insights from data to support informed decision-making.
- Develop visual representations of KPIs and performance metrics using dashboards, charts, and presentations.
- Maintain an organized repository of reports and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with BI, Product, and Field Operations teams to gather and verify data inputs.
- Assist in automating recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and lookups, as well as PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Ability to manage large datasets with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Experience in telecom, fintech, or FMCG sectors will be considered an advantage.
