We are looking for a young and dynamic individual who can handle documentation and communication (via email and on phone).
Work will include:
- Providing support to Saudi based head office in documentation related tasks for admin and accounts
- Updating project statuses and assisting technical leads/managers in project management
- Keeping record of and monitoring project budgets and procurements
- Replying to client emails promptly (in consultation with senior team members)
- Keeping work documents related to projects and personnel up to date
- The individual must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
Young fresh graduates with BBA/MBA or any college degree can apply.
Job is Lahore based but for a Saudi based Engineering & Contracting Company.
