As a Call Canter Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while handling their inquiries, bookings, and complaints.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, and provide excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and bookings.
Record and update customer information in our database accurately.
Process customer payments and provide quotes for services.
Work with our dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient bookings.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of experience in a call canter or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
