As a Call Canter Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while handling their inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers, and provide excellent customer service.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and bookings.
- Record and update customer information in our database accurately.
- Process customer payments and provide quotes for services.
- Work with our dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient bookings.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a call canter or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
