- Assessing clients profiles and advising relevant institutions of their choice
- Prepare the cases for final lodgment
- Prompt responses to Client queries through calls/chat/e-mails
- Handle Customer queries patiently and in timely manner
- Must be well aware of the eligibility requirements and process of admission for Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, USA and EUROPE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
