Looking for an experienced individual to cold call lists for me. Calls will be made to try to get homeowners to sell their house for a discounted price. Negotiation skills are a huge plus.
This will be a temporary position unless you can prove yourself. Then, I will be open to hiring full time including become a full time virtual assistant.
This is an hourly position but commission will be paid out for every deal closed.
Please document all conversations and add all descriptions of what is discussed through phone calls. If one does not answer, leave a VM and call them back the next day.
