We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technician proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture software. The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience producing high-quality architectural drawings, explicitly focusing on residential housing floor plans, elevation and section drawings.
As a valued team member, you will receive drawing surveys and markup to support your work, ensuring you have all the necessary tools to excel in your role. Additionally, we offer comprehensive training to assist you in developing your skills and staying ahead of the curve in your field.
This is a full-time remote position with a flexible work schedule accommodating your lifestyle. However, you must be available to attend a brief Zoom meeting each day to receive a briefing on the work required.
You must also have access to AutoCAD and Revit architecture software, ideally in 2017 plus.
We anticipate that the successful candidate will work 37 hours per week. We offer a competitive fixed monthly starting salary of 40,000 Pakistani Rupee plus, depending on your experience and the quality of your work. This is a long-term sub-contracting opportunity, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in their craft and is committed to producing exceptional work.
Please note that the successful candidate may be required to attend an interview at our office in Bahria town, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
