We are eagerly looking to hire a Software Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with a minimum 3 years hands-on experience to join our QA team.
Primary responsibilities:
- Review requirements, specifications and product spec documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically
- Maximize test coverage for the most critical features of the product
- Log and track bugs in JIRA and set up Continuous Integration
- Suggest changes towards process improvement and conduct R&D on new tools and technologies for more effective testing
Skills required:
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Significant experience with black and grey box testing.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of using software
- QA methodologies and tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Appium, etc
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
