Web Developer

Extreme BPO is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer with at least five years of experience to join its dynamic team. This role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, Node.js, and responsive design principles. The successful candidate will work closely with digital and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly websites that meet client requirements and enhance online presence. This position focuses on creating seamless website functionality, optimizing performance, and ensuring compatibility across devices without managing a team. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for website projects including collaboration with designers to translate visual concepts into fully functional websites, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, and continuously enhancing site speed and performance. This position offers a competitive salary range from 50,000 to 150,000 PKR per month depending on experience. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet project deadlines within a supportive and growth-oriented work environment at Extreme BPO.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular, Node.js, and similar technologies.
Collaborate with design teams to implement effective website layouts that enhance user experience and meet aesthetic standards.
Optimize website speed, responsiveness, and overall performance ensuring smooth functionality across multiple devices and platforms.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website bugs and technical issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards and best practices.
Work with content management systems such as WordPress and other CMS platforms to develop dynamic and easy-to-manage websites.
Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and databases to support complex web applications.
Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to incorporate relevant innovations into projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering quality work independently.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, progress, and challenges.
