Extreme Commerce is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for following tasks:

Co-ordinate the delivery of specified project activities and undertake specified technical/support tasks (e.g. manage events, communications, contacts, networks, meetings) to meet agreed targets.
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Preparing reports summarizing data entry activities for internal use within the company.
Providing administrative support as needed.
