Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include providing general administrative and clerical support to the service line. Extensive software skills, internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible to:

  • Provide support in documentation, creating spreadsheets, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Respond to interdepartmental queries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers.

Qualification

  • Graduate (B.Com, BA)

Experience

  • 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
