We are recruiting Customer support/client services Agents (issue solving skills, lead calling, customer support & service, chat support) with fluent written and excellent English language skills. The calls will be to & from the Middle East and the candidate should be able to understand different accents.
- Have a clear understanding of the services offered by the company along with policies and procedures. (training will be provided)
- Answer and calling in a professional manner to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel bookings, or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process bookings, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
