- eZhire is an on-demand car rental app, that gets the car rental delivered right to the center with a tap on the mobile app.
- We are changing the way people get their car rentals. eZhire offers an efficient, convenient and elegant way to rent a car.
- We are in search of Finance Manager with strong financial experience, specific responsibilities will include investments, financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis and financial systems oversight.
- The role will work closely with the higher management.
- The position will manage, train and mentor a Controller and be responsible for building a finance team over time.
- Successful candidates will have approximately 3-6 years of related experience, strong analytical skills and the desire to collaborate with a small, entrepreneurial team.
- Tech-base and start-up experience is a plus. Prior fundraising experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Establish processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reporting
- Prepare financial statements, weekly reports, financial dashboards
- Growth, cost projections and profitability reports
- Collaborate on long-term growth plans
- Review vendor commission calculations
- Plan for developing the in-house IT systems supporting different finance requirements
- Review monthly accounting transactions for accuracy
- Build a finance team as needed and train/develop department staff
- HR functions including on-boarding, expense reporting and creating a handbook
- Supporting and guiding the founders in the current and future fund raise Qualifications:
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Plus (MBA/MA Accounting/Finance, ACCA, CFA, CPA, CA or CIMA) 6+ years relevant experience
- Start-up experience a plus
- QuickBooks and ERP experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment
