Description:
- Hardware Integration
- Hands-on experience in Bio-metric devices (At least one project should be done)
- Hardware synchronization
- Manage Patch deployment using SCCM 2012.
- Prioritizes and responds to helpdesk tickets as appropriate.
- Analyzes and resolves desktop system and application problems.
- Work with management to improve process and procedures related to Builds, and deployment of endpoint to employees and workers.
- Work with vendors to automate the desktop deployment.
