This is a Work form home Role. Candidate will be required to maintain a continued internet line, laptop and a phone line to work effectively. Candidate will be working in US Eastern Time zone hours from 6 pm PST- 3 am PST (during daylight savings 7 pm PSt - 4 am PST).
FAAZ consulting LLC is actively looking to hire a professional ATS administrator & Trainer to implement newly acquired ATS.Post implementation - ATS administrator & trainer will keep on working as a Full time Administrator for overall FAAZ administrative tasks.Requirements-Bachelor's degree -Proven 3-5 years of Hands-on working experience as an ATS Administrator.- Effective ATS training techniques to train current and newly hired team.-Ability to manage multiple tasks/high volume/short turnaround; strong organizational skill set.- Tech savvy and very strong computer skills, including outstanding Excel skill set.- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, including professional and engaging phone etiquette.Responsibilities:- Work with customer to understand ATS and draft all training documents- Responsible for proper management, training and successful implementation of newly adopted ATS.- Provide end to end training and support to current team as well as newly hired recruiters -Bring up recruiters/ team issues to end customer and follow up properly to ensure seamless recruiter working - Coordinating properly within teams, management and customer- Resolve bugs/ errors and issues by working closely with customer- Maintain the ATS including researching and working with the vendor to resolve ATS issues.- Create, run and maintain reports.- Evaluate recruiter performance and fetch all reports- Escalate issues appropriately when required.-Informing end users of changes in databases and train them to utilize systems- Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users- Determine, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards- Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity- Monitor the database performance and evaluate complex information coming from a variety of sources.-Defining users and enabling data distribution to the right user, in appropriate format and in a timely manner-Work with teams and must communicate effectively with managers, recruiters, and other workers.Other responsibilities- Talent Acquisition projects, initiatives and other administrative duties as required, documentation, bidding etcFaaz Consulting LLC
