Fab Production is an Ad Agency and is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join its North American creative team who specializes in Cannabis products. As a Senior Visual Designer, you're a talented and motivated designer who collaborates with technology to create stunning, ground-breaking work that solves problems. Yes, we want you to create amazing work, but we also want you to assist junior designers and help mould their personal abilities and design perspectives—they're already great, but we want you to show them how to keep pushing forward. Senior Visual Designers must interact across disciplines on a regular basis at Fab Production, all while maintaining high standards for innovative concepts and thorough execution.
Who we’re looking for:
- Must be okay to work in the Cannabis industry
- Ability to work for a North American company remotely.
- Ability to understand and communicate fluently in English.
- 3-5 years of visual design experience, preferably some of that in an agency setting.
- Ability to think conceptually. We're looking for someone who can start a project from a strong position and then come up with innovative, forward-thinking ideas.
- Figma and Adobe Creative Suite should be core elements in your toolbox.
- Knowing how to use After Effects is a big plus.
- Excellent leadership and cooperation abilities, including the ability to collaborate with Art Directors and mentor other Designers, as well as the confidence and ability to clearly articulate your ideas.
- Experience with prototyping tools.
- Designing fresh, unique layouts and designs that scale and flex across several platforms, such as the web, mobile, and kiosks, is a plus.
- Considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling demonstrate a user-centric design approach.
- An interest in all parts of design, such as conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and images.
- Knowledge of product development, component-based design methods, and brand guidelines adaptation to construct scalable solutions.
- Possessing a positive attitude and a lack of ego.
