Face44 is hiring a Creative Account Manager.
We have world class, award winning designers as well as top notch developers in-house. The job is to become the bridge between customers and our senior star team.
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes work requirements by understanding requirements, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching team members
- Draft requirements based on the requests from clients
- Defining timelines
- Breaking down projects into milestones and phases
- Management of team according to the current and future projects/tasks
- Communicate the progress/results with customers and higher management
- Manage the time of the team members, setting priorities and goals
- Ability to check/QA the designs and design implementation delivered by the team
- Is always up to date with modern design trends, tools, and technologies
- Is able to define productive and creative processes for the design and development teams
- Obtains client approval by presenting final layouts to client.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, recommending changes to art, copy writing, and production departments.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Assists clients by answering questions and responding to requests.
- Motivating team to perform at their best level
- Able to jump in the projects where he/she feels it’s needed in order to deliver high quality results on time
- Make or maintain synchronization between teams, deliverables and client’s expectations
Must Haves:
- At-least 5 years or plus industry experience
- Expert level of communication skills (English)
- Strong knowledge of Web and UI design standards
- Strong background in design industry
- Good knowledge of design tools
- Has eye for details
- Understanding of user flows and user experiences
- Great listener, and a good speaker
- Good research skills
