SUMMARY

Facon is looking for a Customer Support Representative who can interact with our customers, manage queries and complaints efficiently & effectively. Must be fluent in English.

  • Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their queries, requirements, correspondence by different communication means.
  • Should be able to communicate fluently in English with the customers.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and/or services
  • Must be able for cold callings.
  • Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.
  • Build relationship with customers to strengthen our service competitiveness.
  • Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s / A' Levels
  • Experience: Should have at least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Salary Range: 25000 to 30000.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
  • Must be Fluent in English.
  • Collaborative mindset
