SUMMARY
Facon is looking for a Customer Support Representative who can interact with our customers, manage queries and complaints efficiently & effectively. Must be fluent in English.
- Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their queries, requirements, correspondence by different communication means.
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English with the customers.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and/or services
- Must be able for cold callings.
- Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.
- Build relationship with customers to strengthen our service competitiveness.
- Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / A' Levels
- Experience: Should have at least 1 year relevant experience.
- Salary Range: 25000 to 30000.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
- Must be Fluent in English.
