Job Description

  • Highly motivated individuals with confident personality.
  • Prompt chat and email response to the customers.
  • Handling the customer's email and chat for websites and social media channels.
  • Answering customer inquiries, entering and successfully processing orders.
  • Responding to customer’s emails for queries and chats regarding products and services and potential sales.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) by convincing them.
  • Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.

The candidates should have the following:

  • Should be fluent in English skills (written & verbal)
  • Good Typing speed.
  • Strong follow-up with prospective clients.
  • Client handling.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
