- Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their queries, requirements, correspondence by different communication means.
- Responsible for generation of sales by efficiently reply of customer queries.
- Manage social media pages, do confirmation of orders & provide feedback to them.
- Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.
- Respond to customers professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements
- Must be responsible to get in touch with our customers and dispatch team.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Qualification: Intermediate/ Bachelor’s
- Experience: Should have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in social media pages management.
- Salary Range: 20000 to 25000 & Commission.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
- Positive personality and attitude.
- Having good typing speed.
