Faculty Member

We are looking for a dedicated full-time developer to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both front-end and back-end web development, with hands-on experience in database management and various programming frameworks. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000, which will be determined based on interview performance. The position provides an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to dynamic web and application projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, ensuring adherence to SEO best practices.
- Design, implement, and manage databases utilizing MySQL and SQL Server.
- Write server-side code and develop web services using PHP, Laravel, C#, and ASP.NET frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with team members to integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
- Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optionally, contribute to mobile application development using Dart and Flutter, depending on project requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and SEO techniques to build optimized web interfaces.
- Strong experience with MySQL, PHP, and the Laravel framework for backend development.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, C#, and ASP.NET for server-side programming.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail to ensure code quality and functionality.
