- Managing social media pages (i.e Facebook, Instagram).
- Handling inquiries and responding to customers post designing & execution.
- Must be expert in English content writing with a strong vocabulary
- Creating desired and meaningful content for all social media platforms through writing editing and posting for social media posts
- Command on social media trends and social media marketing for Facebook and Instagram
- Managing high volume of customer responses on time
- Answer or contribute to public comments or questions on social media
- To manage multiple departments for brand consistency
- To keep an eye on competitor’s social media activities
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies to improve marketing efforts.
- Prior Experience to increase followers and viewers
- Proficient to manage and operate Youtube Channel
- Manage Website orders
- Must be excellent in complete coordination with Executives
- Closely worked with designs with unique ideas
- Should be willing to work for extra miles
