1. Record/Prepare books of accounts and conduct financial analysis.
2. Advice on financial decisions (financing, investing, & risk management).
Prepare reports on weekly, monthly or annual basis including cash flows, budgets, bank positions, product castings, expense details, payments approvals.
3. Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain internal audit and control system.
4. Manage taxation and advice on matters related to taxation and regulatory compliance.
5. Develop, implement, and insure financial policies, procedures and authority charts.
6. Restructure finance infrastructure & team.
7. Develop, implement, and maintain budgeting systems.
8. Provide trainings to lower staff.
9. Able to generate financial statements of the company with the help of software & able to analyze potential problems, risk etc.
10. Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of company's documents.
Skills Required:
CA Inter / ACCA / MBA (Finance) / ACMA / CIMA with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Finance Dept. Candidate should have exceptional people management and time managment skills & comprehensive knowledge of accounts, finance, corporate & taxation standards & laws
