- Supervise daily cleaning and maintenance operations across terminal areas.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with cleaning supervisors and support staff to maintain schedules.
- Manage procurement of cleaning materials and monitor inventory levels.
- Oversee attendance, duty rosters, and performance of cleaning staff.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and management to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, terminal operations, or housekeeping supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively under pressure and meet strict timelines.
