Faisal Movers is seeking a diligent and proactive CCTV Supervisor to oversee its video surveillance operations. The CCTV Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the proper functioning of all security and surveillance systems, reviewing footage for investigative purposes, and preparing detailed incident reports. By conducting regular audits and recommending operational improvements, the supervisor will help strengthen the overall security posture of Faisal Movers. This position requires at least three years of relevant experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong skills in incident response coordination and team management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CCTV monitoring activities and manage the performance of a team of five CCTV operators.
- Continuously monitor surveillance systems to identify suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety concerns.
- Review, analyze, and archive CCTV footage to support investigations and prepare accurate incident reports.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all CCTV equipment, alarm systems, and access control systems.
- Collaborate closely with security personnel, management, and law enforcement agencies to coordinate response efforts when necessary.
- Conduct regular audits of CCTV operations and ensure timely retention and secure handling of footage.
- Train, guide, and evaluate CCTV operators, ensuring they strictly follow security protocols and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards and internal security policies.
- Promptly escalate critical security incidents to management and relevant authorities for immediate action.
- Assess current surveillance coverage and security procedures and recommend practicable improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
- Document and maintain detailed logs and reports related to CCTV operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
