  • Manage cash collection, cash reconciliation, and daily cash reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and submit daily reports to management.

  • Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and company policies at the ticketing counter.

  • Supervise and guide the ticketing staff to ensure smooth operations.

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with operations, and management teams for real-time updates.

  • Monitor counter cleanliness, staff attendance, and shift schedules.

  • Maintain discipline and ensure timely service delivery.

  • Identify operational issues and report them promptly to management.
