FAJ IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of experience to lead our social media initiatives and manage a team of 2 persons. The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the companys business goals. This position involves creating and scheduling engaging content across multiple platforms, analyzing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, and maintaining active community engagement. The Social Media Manager uses expertise in brand strategy, content creation, and social media advertising to grow our digital presence and enhance brand awareness. This role requires proficiency with various social media platforms including Google My Business, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, as well as familiarity with content management systems such as Contentful and HubSpot CMS. In addition to driving organic growth, the manager oversees social media advertising budgets and utilizes key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and react to campaign success. Staying current on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices is essential to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge. Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills support effective team leadership and campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support the companys overall business objectives.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging and brand-aligned content across social media channels using graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Monitor social media channels to promptly respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
  • Analyze social media performance data and marketing analytics to identify weaknesses, track key performance indicators, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to maximize reach, impressions, and brand awareness.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 2 persons by providing guidance, setting goals, and ensuring timely delivery of social media initiatives.
  • Leverage current social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to optimize content reach and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all social media assets accurately reflect company values and maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct research on buyer personas and target audiences to tailor content and advertising strategies effectively.
  • Utilize social media management tools and platforms for scheduling, listening, and analytics to streamline operations.
  • Moderate content to ensure compliance with company policies and community standards while maintaining a respectful online environment.
  • Employ SEO copywriting techniques to improve the visibility and search ranking of social media content.
  • Use Instagram Insights and other platform-specific analytics tools to gather actionable insights and report on social media effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in social media platforms and emerging technologies to innovate and adapt strategies accordingly.
