Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by researching and analyzing potential clients, industries, and markets to expand Falcon-i's reach.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, showcasing the value of our products and services through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, using data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue for the organization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring effective reporting and tracking of performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to continually enhance sales skills and strategies.
