- Process all General Invoices with GL distribution after appropriate documentation and approval.
- Process all Food Invoices with GL distribution after appropriate documentation.
- Process all Monthly Invoices with GL distribution after appropriate documentation.
- Process all Garnishments with GL distribution after appropriate documentation.
- Process all Expense Reports with GL distribution after appropriate documentation and approval.
- Process check requests
- Match invoices to checks for food invoices.
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
- Assist in month end closing
- Assist with other projects as needed
